Attack the Block is the next film from Big Talk Productions - the company behind films such as Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and the forthcoming Paul. The film, which was written and directed by Joe Cornish (of Adam &
Joe fame) is described as:
…a fast funny, frightening action adventure movie that pits a teen gang against an invasion of savage alien monsters. It turns a London tower block into a fortress under siege, and a weapon wielding teenage thugs into heroes.
/Film have just debuted the rather cool UK quad poster for the film (why does a US site have a poster for a UK film first?) which stars Nick Frost, Jodie Whittaker, Chris Wilson, Luke Treadaway, Joey Ansah, and Lee Nicholas Harris.
Attack the Block is released in UK cinemas on May 13th.
