He is being cast in practically everything right now, but Tom Hardy couldn't resist playing up to the ultimate role crazea of playing a vampire, and being in horror-graphic-novel-costume-drama hybrids with his new part in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
He's already up for a spot of fairytale action as the eponymous princess stalker in Snow White and the Huntsman and this latest role will see him in britches once again, this time as .
vampiric Henry Sturgess, who steps in to mentor the fang-hating President of the United States, Abe Lincoln to get rid of the dastardly nightwalking predators.
We reckon this is a perfect fit for Hardy, and if Interview With A Vampire were made now, he'd certainly be on for a role. But we're wondering who will be playing Timur Bekmambetov's presedential leading man when they come to shoot early next year...
It's already scheduled in for release in June 2012, so only a year and a half to wait until we get to experience Hardy sucking for once.
