The new comedy from Universal will be hopping and skipping its way onto our screens on April 1st, and this really is just a teaser/ 'look how nice our animation is' to wet our Easter appetites.
Deadline informs us that Hop will star James Marsden in a plot featuring him as a slacker who accidentally injures the Easter Bunner (voiced by none other than Russell Brand himself) consequently takes him in and apparently gives him a drum-kit to play on.
Well we enjoyed watching the bunny imitating Blur's Dave Rowntree even if the only thing we learn from the teaser is that it's from the makers of Despicable Me. Luckily we've got other sources of info and can tell you it's directed by Tim Hill, the slacker is charged with the task of saving Easter and the film will also star Kaley Cuoco and Tiffany Espensen.
We're slightly terrified at the thought of Russell Brand hopping round delivering Easter Eggs whilst children are sleeping but the comedy sounds like it could be quite fun. Check out the teaser below and tell us what you think.
