While still a few notches below the Saw franchise, Shrek is still a hand that just keeps on giving. The fourth and latest installment of the Shrek saga, Shrek Forever After, will be out in cinemas on 9 July 2010. Its latest trailer has now been released on the web.
It shows how our green hero mistakenly makes a deal with Rumpelstiltskin to return to the golden days of life as a fearsome monster. He is, of course, tricked - in this alternate universe, Rumpel is king and Fiona a rebel. Unfortunately, none of Shrek's old friends - Puss, Donkey and Fiona - recognise him but the team grow closer as they embark on yet another rollercoaster of an adventure.
